We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your specific needs and goals. During this session, we will evaluate your estate planning needs and provide an in-depth discussions about how each estate planning documents works for you.

Individual $800. Married Couple $1300

This package includes the drafting and preparation of a comprehensive last will and testament.  A Will covers the distribution of assets, appointment of an executor, and other provisions to ensure your wishes are carried out after your passing.  

This package also included a Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Directives, and a Living Will

Individual $1,500 Married Couple $2,000

This package includes the creation and establishment of a revocable living trust, along with the necessary documentation and legal advice. A revocable trust allows you to transfer your assets into the trust during your lifetime, ensuring a smooth transition of property and avoiding the probate process.

This package also included a Financial Power of Attorney, Medical Directives, and a Living Will

Price to be determined during consultation

In the event that a loved one has passed away without an estate plan or a properly funded trust, we can assist with the probate process. The cost will depend on the complexity and scope of the probate proceedings.

If you already have an existing trust and need assistance with its administration, our team will assess the complexity of your situation and provide a pricing estimate accordingly.

For all other legal services, pricing will be determined during a free consultation.
